Re-using roast
Grilled roast beef with borlotti beans , wilted spinach and sweet cherry tomatoes

Monday are always very hectic for me. Traveling back to my
student room, attending college and settling back in again are requires quite a
lot of brainwork. That I why I like to slow down during the evening and have an
easy recipe up my sleeve which I can cook within 15 minutes. One of these
dishes is my grilled roast beef (with leftover slices), beans and greens! Heat
the grilling pan and a wok. Give the meat some extra seasoning of sea salt and
black pepper. As the meat is so tender is only requires a minutes on both
sides. Stir fry the beans and veggies with some pre-made Italian seasoning. The
spinach is easily prepared in a big pan and the tomatoes add a sweet burst of
freshness and some vibrant colour. Fast, fresh and simple! Tune in on your
favourite TV show and relax.
Ingredients: 150 grams of borlotti beans, 150 grams of wild spinach, 125 gram of roast leftovers, 100 gram of cherry tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, teaspoon of sea salt
