Lettuce wraps with prawns, soybeans and a spicy sesame vinaigrette

This meal is so much fun to eat when you have some friends over. You can serve these wraps either all done or make a whole bunch of little bowls and serve each ingredient separately so everyone can assemble their own wraps! Start by blanching the soy beans for 1 a 2 minutes and season with a pinch of salt. Cut up the rest of the vegetables and transfer each of them in a small bowl. Click the lettuce leaves off and serve them on a plate alongside the veggies. Now the 2 components which actually require some prep: the dressing and the prawns. Heat up a grilling pan and marinate the prawns in some smashed garlic, chili and yuzu. Stir fry on a high heat until them are juicy and pink. Whip up the vinaigrette by mixing the sweet chili sauce, sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Serve the garlic prawns in the put and serve the dressing on the side. Now everyone can use their hands to assemble their own perfect bite of heaven! Enjoy your food and enjoy the company!

Ingredients: 125 grams of prawns, 100 grams of iceberg lettuce, 100 grams of soy beans, 75 grams of pak choi, 60 grams of yellow carrot, 60 grams of bean sprouts, 15 grams of fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of yuzu, 1 teaspoon of sea salt
