Sweet cinnamon crackers


Whilst studying for my exams I always feel hungry so much easier. Guess it is because I'm stuck inside all day trying to focus on food related topics like nutrition, marketing and research. Usually, around 4 o' clock the sweet tooth start to ache. The productivity of my study related activities starts to rapidly decline and I give myself a break. Getting some fresh air and preparing my favourite snack is a perfect way to clear my head. Rice crackers are an excellent treat, especially when they are cinnamon apple flavoured. As a spread I like to top them with a few spoon of Greek yogurt mixed with coconut flakes and sprinkled with cinnamon spices. Some proteins to stimulate my brain cells and increase my focus. Furthermore cinnamon is considered to have many health benefits as well among which anti-inflammatory properties and anti-oxidants.

Ingredients: 2 apple cinnamon flavoured rice crackers, 50 ml of Greek yogurt, 15 grams of roasted coconut flakes, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon spices.
