Spinach eggwhites scramble

I've been doubting of quite a while what my first food post should be on this blog. But if I keep wondering if will never make a start so why not start with the beginning of every day! A recipe for a balanced is an excellent way to kick off my healthy blog and will provide a good impression of my way of cooking. I am a true morning person so I need a filling dish for breakfast. Eggs provide a great source of protein and will leave you feeling satisfied throughout the morning. Some green leafy veggies such as spinach make a tasty combination and provide you with many vitamins. Some wasabi seasoning may sound dangerous this early in the morning but it is a great way to kick start your metabolism. As I ran out of bread I served it on some multimedia rice crackers. I also added a bit of thinly sliced rettich so the juice of the scramble wouldn't make the crackers go soggy. Garnish the dish with a pinch of sea salt and serve with a strong, hot cup of coffee. I will jump out of bed as soon as the smells start filling my room and know it will be a good day. Hopefully you will do so as well!

Ingredients: Rice crackers, egg whites, smoked beef, spinach, rettich, wasabi seasoning mix, dried seaweed, flaked sea salt.
