PIZZA!

Meatlovers vs veggie/seafood

Making your own pizza is so much fun and an excellent way to cut to calories. It all depends on the toppings you choose. for example, my brother is a big meat lover, while I would rather eat mine with lots of veggies and seafood. If you start with a pre-bought dough then all you need to do is roll it out, layer it with some tomatoes sauce and add your favourite garnishes. I often cheat by using some leftover tomatoes soup which I have thickened so I'm done even faster. It is as simple as it sounds, roll out your pizza dough in any particular shape. Coat it with a nice amount of tomato paste and start getting creative. Add some bacon, ham, mushrooms, cheese and bell pepper if you want it somewhat more manlier. Or as I like it with pre-cooked pink prawns, grilled zucchini, fresh cherry tomatoes and spinach. Always make sure the oven is really hot, unleash 220 degree but for possible opt for 250. Bake it on a hot pizza Stone if you want a crunchy and crispy base. Serve with a pizza cutter and some greens if you crave those. Let everyone slice their own piece of heaven. Simple and fun for the whole family.
