Crispy rye bread with smashed avocado, chili, lime and sprouts

A healthy snack which I like to prepare during the afternoon is Rye bread with some super easy guacamole. I like to toast the bread to turn them into crisps and it make them have a pleasant crunch. For the spread just roughly chopped up a ripe avocado into thin slices and spread them on top of your crispy bread. The seasoning is very important. I like to give it a slight punch with chili flakes and lime Zest. These two ingredients are just what I need to give me that extra kick under the butt when my energy levels start to decline. Garnish with a little pinch of sea salt, a touch of sprouts and some cilantro if you feel like it, just to make it extra pretty. Super simple to make and a moment little of Mexico on your average afternoon!

Ingredients: 2 slices of Rye bread, half a smashed avocado, 20 grams of sprouts, 10 grams of fresh cilantro, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of lime, 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
