Chai tea pudding

This easy, overnight pudding is a great breakfast, snack or dessert. I have been wanting to try it for quiet a while but normally I found myself too lazy during the evening. However due to my curiosity I have pushed myself to get of the couch and try this healthy, wellness treat. Once I had made it I was astonished how easy it was! The preparation was done within a flash! Mix all the ingredients in a big jar except for the fruits. Set it in the fridge to chill and transform into a deliciously creamy pudding. Chai seeds are considered a super foods and good for your digestion. But most of all they ensure the decadent texture which makes you come back for more. You can top it off with many kinds of ingredients. My favorite combination is grated coconut with blueberries. But you could also make a apple pie spiced version with apple cubes, cinnamon and orange peel. Or an American style pudding with banana, peanut butter and chocolate if you want to go all out. So use your creativity and give it a try. This version is a light, healthy recipe which I eat as a breakfast. The green tea gives it an earthy, slightly sweet taste, the anise seeds provide a crunch, the coconut a tropical touch and the berries are packed with anti oxidants. Perfect if you are too busy to make breakfast every morning.
