Brussels sprouts with beef

This dish is going somewhat more Asian with a fluffy, steaming rice, luscious curry and tender piece of lean, grilled beef. Simply cook the rice for 8 minutes in some water seasoned with chicken stock and turmeric, turn down the heat and let the rice simmer for a remaining 10 minutes and steam dry. Clean the Brussels sprouts and start stir-frying them for five minutes before adding the curry, tomatoes, spinach and seasoning. While the veggie mix is baking heat a grilling pan and sear your beef on both sides for 1 a 2 minutes. Season with the tomato pepper and a pinch of sea salt. pile the rice on a plate, add the softened vegetable curry, the meat and a handful of freshly chopped cilantro. The combination of vegetables might sound somewhat surprising but it is a big hit. Even for those who normally would not eat Brussels sprouts.
